The scope included selecting VRV systems, FCUs, unit heaters, and cabinet heaters using multiple manufacturer platforms. All outputs were validated for accuracy, compliance, and pricing consistency before final delivery.
Client Requirement
The client required a complete HVAC equipment selection and cost estimation package for VRV systems, FCUs, cabinet unit heaters, and unit heaters. Their expectations included:
- Equipment sizing and selection using manufacturer software
- Accurate estimation and pricing based on project specifications
- A structured Excel sheet with itemized costs
- Software-generated reports for verification and documentation
- Compliance with manufacturer standards and system requirements

Our Approach
We began by reviewing all project specifications to understand load demands, zoning needs, and equipment requirements. Using Daikin Web Express, Daikin City, Enviro-Tec, and Mastek Sales Assistance, we performed system selection for VRV units, FCUs, and various heating equipment.
Each selection was validated for performance, compatibility, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines. We then prepared a detailed Excel-based costing sheet showing itemized pricing and system breakdowns. All manufacturer outputs were included to provide transparency and verification for the client.
